North York Rental Market December 2022

North York is considered Toronto Central on the Toronto Real Estate Board. I'd like to focus on the 2 specific area, C14 (Willowdale East) and C15 (Bayview Village), from Sheppard Ave. to Finch Ave and from Yonge St. to Bayview Ave.

Here's the rental stats on Q3 2022 for C14 & C15:

Bachelor / Studio:

C14 - $2,029/month

C15 - $2,000/month

1 Bedroom

C14 - $2,420/month

C15 - $2,380/month

2 Bedroom

C14 - $3,076/month

C15 - $3,042/month

3 Bedroom

C14 - $3,759/month

C15 - $3,788/month

In Toronto area including C14 & C15, the average one-bedroom condominium apartment rent in Q3 2022 was up by 20.4 per cent year-over-year. The average two-bedroom apartment rent was up by 14.5 per cent compared to the same period in 2021.

If you are looking to invest in North York, there's a project Olive Residences at Yonge & Finch by Capital Developments that will generate great rental income as well as growth in value. Read here for the 5 Reasons to Invest in Olive Residences.
