I'm sure a lot you have heard about FORMA Condos by Frank Gehry, released earlier this year in Toronto. Although Gehry designed a lot of spectacular buildings, not many are for residential purposes. In fact, he only completed 3 so far in the world.
1. 8 Spruce - New York City

It's located in lower Manhattan, in the financial district, on Spruce St. 8 Spruce is a 904-unit luxury residential tower clad in stainless steel. The apartments range from 500 square feet to 1,600 square feet, and consist of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. All units are priced at market-rate, with no low or moderate income-restricted apartments. All units are rental-only; none are available for purchase.
This luxury rental only building was previously owned by Brookfield Property Partners and Nuveen, and later purchased by Blackstone for $930M.
2. Opus - Hong Kong

Opus is a 12 storey residential high rise on the Mid-Levels in Hong Kong. It was completed in 2012. It is an ultra luxury, exclusive residential building, with just 12 units in total. Each unit occupies an entire floor. Unit sizes range from 6,000 sqft to 6,900 sqft, including 2 duplexes with pools. A 6,200 sq ft apartment, taking up the entire eighth floor, became the most expensive apartment in Hong Kong when it was sold for HK$470 million in August 2012.
Here's a floorplan for that unit:

3. DZ Bank Building - Berlin

The DZ Bank building is a mixed use building with offices, conference space and residentials. Building is completed in 2000.
The offices are the headquarters of Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank. On the other side are 39 residential apartments. Between the two is a large atrium, designed to be used as a conference or performance space. This is covered with a sophisticated glass-grid roof, curved in a complex form typical of Gehry's designs.
